Sendian Property has announced the development of Sendian Tower, a landmark commercial high-rise to be constructed in Lusail’s Marina District. The tower is set to become a key addition to Lusail’s evolving skyline, aligning with Qatar’s long-term vision for smart, sustainable urban development.
Planned as a next-generation business destination, Sendian Tower will blend architectural sophistication with environmental innovation. The design concept incorporates:
- A total built-up area of over 41,250 m²
- Advanced energy and water-saving systems
- High-performance glazing and passive design strategies
- A curated ground floor of retail and F&B outlets for a lifestyle-centric tenant experience
In alignment with Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) criteria, the tower is being developed with the goal of becoming one of the first 5-Star certified commercial buildings in Qatar.
Sendian Property emphasized that the project will support Qatar National Vision 2030 by promoting eco-conscious growth, economic diversification, and high-value infrastructure. Once completed, the tower is expected to become a defining symbol of modern commercial excellence in the country.
